At Bikemaster, we stand behind our premium riding parts and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our performance parts, brake systems, or ATV/UTV accessories, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
Note: For safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used Brake Pads/Shoes and Brake Rotors
- Installed Batteries and Bulbs
- Used Cleaning Tools or Bearings Tools
- Any products from the Controls – Hand/Foot or Brake Tools categories that show signs of use
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx) for returns
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
